SAP Cloud Platform Integration(in short referred as cloud integration) is a cloud-based integration platform hosted on SAP Cloud Platform for integrating cloud applications with other cloud and on-premise solutions.
The solution supports both process and data integration needs. Since cloud integration is offered as a service, the on demand solution provides highest level of security features such as content encryption and signing, certificate based authentication, encrypted data storage, data isolation at runtime as well as persistency.
Furthermore cloud integration provides capabilities such as runtime for processing, data transformation, routing of messages, and diverse connectivity options. As user interface to cloud integration there is a web UI available to enable browse and discover standard integration content delivered by SAP, Eclipse based tools to create and modify integration artifacts, such integration flows, mappings, connectivity and security settings.
